At Azzurro Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
